Their jerk sauce is unparalleled, with a unique, authentic flavor that distinguishes it from other sauces. While spicy, the sauce is not overwhelming, and the spices’ richness is evident in every bite. The chicken was perfectly cooked, tender, juicy, and full of flavor, and the rice was served with a gravy that tasted just like my grandmothers Gumbo.
I look forward to returning and trying the jerk tacos, egg rolls, etc., which you never see “jerked” out there. It’s exciting when chefs infuse a concept like “jerk” with various ethnic cuisines. This is truly unique and something you must experience!”
